Stakeholders
To prioritize these topics, we interviewed 160 stakeholders across various groups and asked them to rank each topic. Internal stakeholders were asked to rank each topic in terms of impact on enterprise value. External stakeholders ranked topics from their perspective of how the Supply Chain impacts society and the environment. The results from the Materiality Assessment were reviewed and validated by the ESG Steering Committee members. Materiality will be conducted regularly (two-tothree- year intervals) to ensure we continue to understand how stakeholder priorities shift over time.
IMPORTANCE OF ESG TOPICS MAP – COMPARING EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER VIEWS
This chart shows the average importance of ESG topics for internal and external stakeholders. The line represents equal importance among internal and external stakeholders. ESG topics over the line are more important to external stakeholders than internal stakeholders and data under the line are more important to internal stakeholders than external ones. The further away from the line a data point is, the larger the difference of opinion between internal and external stakeholders.
